Refund and Returns Policy

At BakeSimple, each breakfast box is freshly prepared with care and delivered to your doorstep. Because our products are perishable and made-to-order, we follow a limited refund and return policy outlined below.

1. Nature of Products

All BakeSimple breakfast boxes:

  • Are freshly prepared
  • Contain perishable food items
  • Are intended for immediate consumption

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items in the order
  • Order delivered in a damaged or spilled condition
  • Order not delivered due to an error on our part

To be eligible for a refund, the issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the delivered box (if applicable)

Requests received after the stated timeframe may not be eligible.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

No cash refunds are provided.

5. Cancellations

Before Preparation

Orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.

After Preparation

Once preparation has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients are sourced and prepared specifically for your order.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery

The order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.

7. Quality Assurance

If you feel your order does not meet our quality standards, please reach out. While refunds may not always be applicable, we value feedback and will review each concern thoughtfully.
